遵照行政長官於第268/2009號批示，中心運作至本年8月31日結束，從9月1日起專責博彩培訓的金利達校區將由理工學院接管，並在金利達原址成立“博彩教學暨研究中心”(GTR Centre - Gaming Teaching and Research Centre)；而專責會展及零售培訓的創福豪庭校區則由旅遊學院接管。
In accordance with the instructions of the Chief Executive of Macao No. 268/2009, the center will stop its operation on August 31. From September 1, Macao polytechnic Institute shall take over King Light Garden campus which specialized in gaming training and set up GTR center(Gaming Teaching and Research center);and Institute For Tourism Studies (IFT)shall take over Caesar Fortune campus which specialized in exhibition and retail training.
